• Booking details — your name, phone number, home or building address (so the van can reach you), preferred appointment times, and payment records.
• Pet details — your pet's name, breed, size, coat condition, temperament notes and any health or allergy information you share so we can groom safely.
• Messages — bookings and enquiries happen mainly over WhatsApp and phone; we keep those conversations to manage your appointments.
• Website data — like most websites we use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising measurement (for example Google Analytics and Google Ads). These collect device and usage information such as pages visited and approximate location. They do not give us your name.

How we use it

• To schedule, confirm and carry out grooming visits at your address
• To groom your pet safely based on the information you give us
• To send appointment reminders and respond to enquiries
• To let you know about offers or services, only where you have contacted us or opted in — reply STOP or tell us on WhatsApp any time to opt out
