Frequently asked
Do you follow breed-standard cuts?
Yes where the coat allows — or your custom preference. Show us a photo of the look you want on WhatsApp.
Full groom vs bath & brush?
Bath & brush is cleaning and maintenance without a haircut. Full groom adds the complete cut and styling. If the coat is long or shapeless, you want the full groom.
Can I book full grooms for two pets back to back?
Yes — multi-pet households are our specialty. The van stays; pets rotate one at a time.
Are sanitary and paw-pad trims included?
Yes, both are standard in Full Grooming — hygiene trim around the hindquarters and removal of fur between paw pads that traps dirt and causes slipping.
Can you keep the same style every visit?
Yes — tell us to repeat the last cut and we replicate it, accounting for growth. Consistent scheduling keeps the coat at a manageable length so each visit is quicker.
Is Full Grooming available for cats?
Yes — particularly useful for Persians and Maine Coons: thorough brush-out, trimming of mat-prone areas and coat shaping, always adapted to feline handling.
